Learning to let go.... Part 2

Hi guys... So am back again on our off topic subject. The sooner you realize that you need to balance your life the better. We need to try other aspects if life and not just be hooked up to one thing... In this case fitness. Last week I was writing about learning how to let go. I talked about how most of us get hooked to the status quo where we have a specific result played out in our mind. This comes due to desperation which also causes us to lock away other possibilities that God may have for us. Before I understood this correctly, I always thought of letting go as a form of losing hope but later I got a better version of it. Most of the stuff we need to let go is what causes stress in our life. We all have that one issue that troubles us. That issue that when you start thinking about your mind goes into another virtual world because it seems very impossible to you. But even the bible says, we should give our concerns unto God, our worries, our anxieties and stress. However, this doesn't mean that you can just sit around and wait doing nothing. It means that you should go about your daily activities as normal. We all have jobs to do, studies if you're a student and many other responsibilities that we all have. It's good to first acknowledge that God is capable of taking care of you, acknowledge his power and give him all if your worries then believe that he has answered your prayers then continue with your normal daily routine. That's my understanding of letting go, the bible doesn't exactly say that we should let go, but what I know is that it does tell us to give all that troubles us unto him, repent our sins and believe that he has answered your prayers. Am not a preacher but am just sharing what I understand and am open for correction. One thing that is most important to understand is that God knows what you're going through better than you or your friends or even family do. He is waiting for you to trust in him and experience his fullness. As I mentioned before, this is best applied in the spiritual world than it is in the real world. The more you try to do this the more you face self doubting because it feels better to worry because you want to feel like you are in control. However, it takes a process so you can just today and continue learning along the way, there are plot of materials you can learn from. The year is coming to an end, our country has experienced some tough times, they are normal not just in our country but in every person's life. Just remember that as we approach another year, it's never too Kate to do it right don't burden yourself with situations you can't control, let God handle them for you.
