Task of the week

Hi guys..... So this is my midweek update of how my workout has been doing. As I promised, this week my plan was to take it a notch higher where I shifted from just doing aerobics to doing cardio and some intense about workouts. I know it may not be the perfect time to start the intense an workout but I felt that I was ready to. The truth is that, Cardio is really intense. My body feels sour and some muscles are aching and I burnt some record breaking 650,calories. I have never burned such a great amount of calories in a single workout session. When I did aerobics in the past week I didn't feel tired or sour at all. I don't know, but maybe I did it wrong or that was not such an effective workout. Considering that most if my day is spent sitting either studying or infront of the computer, I prefer doing cardio workouts for the rest of my fitness journey. I may discover or learn some other facts along the way but I will just stick to that for now. Some workouts that are really wearing me out are the downward facing dog, the planks and the stretches and also the squats. Hours after the workout I can't even squat or bend to pick something. One thing I keep telling myself, is that it will not stop me from going on. I will just make sure I don't hurt myself but the journey is still on. As I mentioned earlier, I don't have any equipment neither do I go to the gym. All I have right now is some self discipline and some online materials I use. Fitness blenders has the best workout videos, according to me, if you want to workout at home you can follow them. However, it's good to combine different tutorials to find which works best for you. If you've noticed, am not talking about diet, yet this is because am still making plans for that. I did reduce my carbs intake though. Most of my lunch includes a lot of fruits and vegetables like kales, spinach or cabbages. I also drink a lot of water and avoid foods with a lot of sugar. The journey is still on an d advice and comments are still welcome from you guys. I wouldn't hate to be corrected when I do something in the wrong way. Good day guys.
